Information regarding a reservation can be requested by filling in the blank areas and submitting to us, or we can be reached by telephone at 1-917-929-9140.

We require a 25% deposit to hold a reservation. The balance is due one month prior to check-in date.
Cancellations are subject to a fee, unless due to inclement weather in Puerto Rico.

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. All late check-outs must be pre-approved and are subject to an additional fee.

Brisas Tropicales is a 1 bedroom apartment magnificently furnished and decorated. It features full kitchen, balcony, tiled floors, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Entertainment features include 37 inch TV, DVD, Cable TV. Hi speed internet access available in the lobby. Master bedroom includes a king size bed and a walk-in closet. Also included are two twin sized ottoman bed pullouts. Sleeps a total of 4 people. All linens and towels provided. One indoor reserved parking space included.

Nightly rates starting at $150.
